We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, from how they fit to how they perform. We offer free returns and exchanges on any orders within 100 days that has not been used or altered/tailored. 


Note the term “used” meaning for the gear’s intended purpose, such as wearing to work, for a weekend getaway, or out to dinner. Taking the gear for a “test-drive” then deciding you don’t like it or would like a different color is not permitted. Any items returned that are altered/tailored, washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for refund or credit, and item will be forfeited. Previous Generation items are Final Sale.


Free Returns & Exchanges in the US

Returns and exchanges in the US are free. To initiate a return, use our automated system. You can sign in to an existing account, or access your order history by creating a new account with the email address used to place your initial order. Once you have signed in, find the item you would like to return or exchange in your order history and follow the prompts. We will generate a free return shipping label that you can use to send the item back.

How long does the process take?

We do our best to process returns immediately. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear. For faster processing, you can always exchange for store credit.


International returns and exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide return labels for international shipping. For this reason, international customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. If you’d like to make a return or exchange internationally, please email for assistance.

At this time, our automated returns system cannot process orders from our stores. If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased in one of the stores, please email for assistance. If you purchased online, you can always return or exchange items at one of our retail locations. We'd love to meet you!
