We believe a product should be designed, produced, and shipped at the highest quality possible. Our core commitment is providing you with the absolute best in menswear - from how it fits to how it performs. Because we want you to be happy. And with that in mind, we've set up a few perks.
Domestic Shipping & Returns are Free
Sometimes it takes a few tries to find the right fit. So try out our clothes at home - and if you need a different size, simply make an exchange using the prepaid shipping label in the package. Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 100 days after an order is placed.
International shipping is free on orders over $250; customs and duty fees may apply.
Get Your Pants Hemmed, On Us
Because legs come in too many lengths for us to guarantee the perfect fit, our pants come finished in a single standard length (think: extra long). Get them hemmed at the tailor, and we'll cover the cost - just email us a photo of your receipt.
We guarantee our products against any and all defects in material and construction. If any product is found to be defective, we’ll repair or replace it immediately. (Our warranty does not cover damages due to extreme abuse.)
Ministry of Supply garments should not be dry-cleaned; the harsh chemicals will damage the fabrics.
1 In, 1 Out
We strongly believe that overproduction can be curbed with a "1 In, 1 Out" policy: every time you buy something new, you give away something old. Not only is it a way to take advantage of what already exist – it enables you to avoid wasteful clutter and, ultimately, give back.
If you love what you've received from Ministry of Supply, please send us an old item of yours for donation. To donate your items, simply box them up, adhering both the enclosed prepaid shipping label and blue "1 In, 1 Out" sticker to the outside of the box. Once we receive your items, we'll donate them immediately. (Donated garments should contain all necessary pieces and be free of rips and stains.)
We’re Growing; Help Us Improve
We love hearing from you. Your feedback plays a huge role in how we operate. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions, thoughts, ideas, or inspiration – either via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), Facebook, Twitter, or in person.
